What is All-Star?
All-Star cheerleading is a competitive sport focused on advanced tumbling, stunting, and dance, with an emphasis on athleticism and performance. Teams compete at regional and national events, judged on difficulty, execution, and showmanship.

Our programs are designed to fit a variety of goals, skill levels, and schedules—with flexible season lengths, budgets, and commitments. Explore the program descriptions below to find the All-Star path that’s right for you!

The Elite Program is already back in Evaluation season!
Below is our information flyer for when tryouts are and how they will generally work. More information about tryouts will be coming soon! We will hand out information to those interested.

Our Elite program is our premier All-Star experience, running June through April and offering 11 months of high-level training and competition.

Athletes are placed on teams based on age and ability, ensuring the best environment for growth and performance. This program may be eligible for end-of-season events such as The Summit and The Cheerleading Worlds.

Program Details:
• 4 hours of practice per week
• 5 to 7 competitions (January through April)

Our Prep program is a competitive introduction to All-Star cheer, running October through April with 7 months of training.

Athletes are placed on teams based on age and ability, with more flexible skill expectations to support development and progression.

Program Details:
• 2 hours of practice per week
• 3 competitions in the spring
(March through April)

A great pathway for athletes building toward higher-level All-Star programs.

Half Year elite

Our Half Year Elite program is a condensed Elite experience designed for competitive athletes seeking high-level training with a more flexible schedule. The season runs January through April, with 4 months of focused training and competition.

Teams mirror the age, level, and division structure of Full Year Elite, while operating on a shorter timeline. This program may be eligible for end-of-season events such as The Summit.

Program Details:
• 4 hours of practice per week
• 3 competitions (March through April)

A strong option for athletes looking for an Elite-level experience in a shorter season.

tiny expo

Our Tiny program is perfect for young athletes ages 3 to 7 who are new to All-Star cheer. The season runs September through April, focusing on building foundational skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Designed to develop confidence and introduce athletes to performance without the pressure of traditional competition.

Program Details:
• 1 hour of practice per week
• 1 to 2 exhibition performances
(March through April)
